岗位职责：

1. 负责电子测量设备（泰克 / 吉时利 / 福禄克）的维修和校准工作，通过分析和判断仪器的故障，执行维修，测试和调整方案。确保客户设备在规定的 TAT 内完成服务。

2. 与客户保持优质高效沟通，充分了解客户需求，为客户提供高质量的产品和服务，并持续提高客户满意度。

3. 设备 / 夹具 / 工装管理，利用测量设备管理系统或者线下管理系统，发起设备的校准和维修需求，对于超差设备提出分析和解决方案，确保测量设备处于有效的工作状态。

4. 营造良好的跨部门合作沟通方式，密切与 CSR/SAM/Logistic 部门合作，确保仪器以最好的质量和最短的时间交付给客户。

5. ERP 和 workbench 系统操作，根据维修需求，发起和建立物料需求信息和管理维修过程单元的系统操作。

6. 负责分析和改进维修 / 测试 / 校准过程质量，预防性质量问题发生，通过与 Global 和 Regional 质量和技术团队合作，为客户提供仪器使用和保养方面的建议，降低质量的 PPM 和合约内的仪器故障率。

7. 运用 FBS 工具持续改进安全，质量，交付，成本及效率，以实现持续满足客户的期望。可以协助部门经理分担一些管理工作，比如EHS（环境/健康/安全）、DM（日常管理等）。

8. 具备强大内驱力，长期有效发挥主观能动性，利用各项资源学习更多的产品知识和技能、了解最新的产品服务需求，培训和分享知识和技术，提高自身和团队的产品服务能力。勇于承担新任务，协助部门经理处理一些新需求、新工作。

   岗位要求：

9. 电子工程或类似专业本科及以上学历以及相关行业 2 年以上工作经验 .

10. 具备理解和分析电气 / 电子图的能力，具备板级和元件级维修仪器的能力 ;

11. 熟悉典型的电子测量测试仪器的维修和校准方法，如数字万用表，源表和示波器等 .

12. 具备了解和预测客户需求能力者优先 .

13. 正直，诚恳，良好的团队协作能力 .

14. 强烈的学习意愿和快速学习能力，能够积极主动的不断学习，提升专业技能、沟通能力 .

15. 具备良好的英语能力。
