Description

• Portfolio Development and Management: Oversee the development of J&J IM China Myloema portfolio strategy, maximizing synergy of Darzalex and incoming BsAbs. Develop and implement strategic plans for product launches and lifecycle management.Ensure alignment with the overall business strategy and goals of the organization.

• Lead and acting PMO for flagship MM Road to functional cure initiative and initiating collaborative relations with industrial plays to advance TA

• Coordinate between various stakeholders including GCSO/APSO, NPP, Business insights, SFE to optimize cross team cooperation to drive portfolio growth

Market Analysis and Strategic Planning: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and unmet medical needs in multiple myeloma to determine the potential impact of portfolio products.

This role requires a combination of scientific knowledge, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to effectively manage multiple myeloma portfolio initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or equivalent

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry

• Strong analytical and creative thinking with good project management ability

• Independent, self-driven, enthusiastic and strong team player

• Fluent in both oral and written English
