For our Senior MRO Consultant team, we are looking for a Senior MRO Consultant to help us drive MRO business within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you.

You'll make an impact by

• MRO concept in target branches update;

• Proactive promotion MRO portfolios

• Guide MRO portfolios development direction with rich experience and further customers’ requirements incubation;

• Fulfill the aligned business target, including but not limited to new order, revenue, gross margin, AR, etc.

• Implement CS SPC business strategy, define measures to support SU and Service Region fulfill business target.

• Continues enhancement of Market transparency for own area of responsibility

• CS business in new branch incubation.

Your defining qualities

• Bachelor or above in related majors, e.g. automation, etc.

• Rich experience of MRO strategy setup, planning, implementation in related branches, such as Metal, Automotive etc.;

• Rich experience of OPEX budget planning and controlling;

• Good strategic thinking and result-orientation with strong execution ability

• Good influencing and communication skills internally and externally, and good ability to listen

• Good English in written and oral

• Good presentation and TED skills

• Good key account management skills

• Good IOT knowledge

• Quick learning and Be Creative
