Job Description

Front-End Responsibilities (Design Functions):

1. Chip Design Engineer : Responsible for understanding user requirements and specifications, and designing chips according to these requirements.

2. IP Integration : Integrate existing IPs, ensuring that functionality and performance meet design specifications.

3. Design Specifications : Define and document design specifications, ensuring all design changes are recorded.

4. Rule Checking : Perform rule checks to ensure designs comply with all standards and regulations.

5. Specification Change Documentation : Create and maintain documentation for design specification changes, ensuring all changes are recorded and verified.

Back-End Responsibilities (Verification Functions):

1. Verification Engineer : Understand user specifications and ensure all functionalities work under various conditions.

2. Functional Verification : Create and execute functional verification tests to ensure product functionalities meet specifications.

3. Simulation Verification : Use simulation tools to verify designs and detect potential issues.

4. Verification Process Management : Manage the verification process, ensuring all steps are carried out as planned.

5. Verification Results Reporting : Record and report verification results, providing improvement suggestions.

Timing Constraint Documentation (SDC):

1. Timing Constraints : Understand and define timing constraints to ensure the design is feasible in terms of timing.

2. SDC Creation : Create timing constraint documents, defining all necessary timing parameters.

3. SDC Review : Review and update timing constraint documents, ensuring all parameters are accurate.

4. Timing Analysis Engineer : Perform timing analysis to ensure the design works under all operating conditions.

MCU Development Experience: （better to have)

Experience in developing and verifying automotive MCU designs, ensuring robust performance and compliance with automotive standards.

2. 验证职能必须：能够理解用户式样规格，在用户式样变化的理解之上，更新功能仿真验证项目，和仿真向量，并完成验证过程，并能够进行过程管理，完成验证结果报告书

3. 设计职能：能够理解用户式样规格，能够抽取设计式样变化，在既存IP基础上完成CHIP功能的搭建以及相应的规则检查，并能完成式样差分，设计式样（变更）文档

4. 理解时序约束文档（SDC）的概念，有能力（至少在进入team后通过学习）达成SDC文件的做成和评审工作

5. 上面每一个阶段都有不同的内部评审需求，同时工作中需要和其他Global组员进行交流和确认，需要具备良好英语的听说读写能力，人际沟通和团队合作能力。有较强的逻辑思考能力和自学能力。

Qualifications

• Welcome applications from recent university graduates majoring in Electronic Information Engineering, Automation, and related fields.

• 1-5 years of experience as a digital design engineer in the semiconductor industry.

• Good English communication skills.

• Strong learning abilities and the ability to communicate effectively with a global team.
