Digital Application Developer

Responsibilities:

· Position holder will be an active team member driving the whole lifecycle of specific digital transformation project from initiation to deployment, by seamless collaboration with China broad functions team members.

· Responsible to explore, assess, design, develop and sustain specific digital applications, which is aiming to drive processes optimization/automation, shared service digitalization and data analytics based on Gemba evidence collection and pain point address.

· Responsible to plan, organize and conduct internal Webinar, training workshops and relevant events to raise whole regional team awareness and application level of digitalization tools and applications. Drive our digitalization progress as leader and role model.

· Participate in all phases of digital project life cycle, especially for the low coding applications, i.e. user requirements definition; risk assessment; systems analysis and design activities; application programming and testing; training and documentation; software package selection and implementation.

· As digitalization reformer, proactively provide advice on process optimization to all function stakeholders with the best practice.

Requirements:

· Minimum Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in an Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Engineering related discipline.

· At least 2 years digital transformation or digital project relevant experience.

· Proven ability to operate independently as well as within a team environment. Must be able to work with technical and non-technical staff at all levels. Skilled in interpreting customer requirements and proactively turning them into solutions.

· Good communications skills both orally and written. Ability to write reports, procedure manuals and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

· Skill and knowledge in one or more of following development tools and platform is a plus: MS Power Platform, Python.

· Willing to work in a flexible, dynamic and high pressure working environment while providing timely, effective and accurate deliverables
