Job Description

Key responsibilities:

• Act as central commercial coordinator to support routine and ad hoc business contract related review, negotiation and internal approvals

• Optimize existing processes or develop new processes in relation to contract management

• Ensure the full compliance of commercial contract management and approval processes with country and division approval matrix as well as internal control and compliance requirements

• Proactively participate and facilitate important commercial contract negotiation with key external customers

• Partner with other functions to provide contract and approval trainings to commercial team

• Facilitate the required approvals in company systems or tools.

Qualifications:

• Master degree and major in Law is a plus

• 10+ years’ working experience in commercial contract management department of large EPC or instrument companies is preferred

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Well organized in time and priority management. Attention to details and preciseness

• Strong process & teamwork minded and problem-solving skill

• Skilled in MS Office, e.g. word, excel, PowerPoint, Adobe

• Good English writing and speaking skill is required

• Flexible for business travels when needed

• Shanghai location is preferred. Beijing location can be acceptable in special circumstances.
