Introduction

Hiring manager and Recruiter should collaborate to create the relevant verbiage.

Your role and responsibilities

Responsibilities】 • Develop marketing management flow and capability to fulfill the requirements from different industries.

• Build marketing insight capability for 2B or 2C business model to provide the basis for segmentation marketing & Sales strategy ,digital marketing process and CRM know-how.

• Develop digital marketing solution based on requirement from industry or specific scenario and manage the total solution deployment.

• Experience in end-to-end delivery of three or more marketing digitalization-related projects, and having served as a lead consultant with strong professional delivery capabilities. Additionally, involved in the delivery of medium to large-scale projects worth tens of millions or more.

• Industry preference: high-tech, automotive, FMCG ,MNCs (Multinational Companies), etc.

【Requirements】 Familiar with digital marketing solution and marketing management.

• 8+ years’ digital marketing /CRM project experience with strategy and execution • Strategic thinking and have a deep understanding of digital marketing and marketing management.

• Deeply understand the methodology of marketing insight and the marketing digitalization.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion

• Self-driven with strong learning capabilities, and relatively aggressive in taking on the communication role for clients.
