•Take lead in key accounts service management, including client relationship maintenance, brokerage advisory, project on-going service and vendor management

•New business development support

•Take lead in new business development, existing client penetration, cross-sell referral

•Operational/broking support

•Manage the brokerage operation quality and compliance requirements

•Support the key brokering initiatives

•Take mentoring and coaching responsibility to junior staff

Critical Success Factors (CSF)

•Expected experience

•Min3+/5+ years’ experience in group insurance industry or other professional service industry

•Education& qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree is the minimum requirement, overseas education experience will be a plus
