Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
Communicate with stakeholders to deeply understand business needs and pain points.
Design generative AI solutions for HR-related business, including technology selection, architecture design, and data processing workflows.
Draft detailed solution documentation, including technical plans, implementation schedules, and cost estimates.
Oversee overall project planning and management, ensuring timely and quality project delivery.
Coordinate internal teams to facilitate smooth project progress.
Address various issues during the project to ensure the achievement of project goals.
Provide technical consulting and support to internal users in the field of AI & generative AI, addressing their technical inquiries.
Acting as an AI tech product manager to increase user experience for HR systems and products.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of experience in the generative AI field, with a preference for having successfully implemented projects.
Proficiency in generative AI technologies, such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), image generation, and speech synthesis.
Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python or Java, is preferred.
Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
Deep understanding of the generative AI market, with the ability to identify industry trends and customer needs.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Experience in successfully implementing HR AI applications & solutions for HR is a plus.
