Google Account Manager, Casual Game, Large Customer Sales in Beijing, China

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2 years of experience in online sales, business development and digital advertising sales/marketing.

  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in advertising sales and media account management.

  • Experience in high-productivity and meeting deadlines.

  • Knowledge of complex spreadsheets/analysis and putting together presentations.

  • Ability to think and analyze the needs of clients.

  • Excellent business acumen, problem-solving, project management and investigative skills.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

  • Manage a team and work with the regional Business teams to cultivate and develop relationships with gaming clients in China.

  • Drive business growth in the region/industry by developing executive-level relationships.

  • Analyze data trends and client performance, develop strategic plans, and prepare/conduct strategic pitches and presentations.

  • Collaborate and consult with customers. Increase the client and agency base and optimize business growth.

  • Develop case studies of successful campaigns in order to share insights with customers and serve as an advocate at events and conferences.
