We are looking for a Receptionist (Part-time/ Temp) for our new Bedminster, NJ location on Route 202/206.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.

• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.

• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.

• Receive, sort, and distribute mail/deliveries.

• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (logbook, visitor badges)

• Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock in Mailroom.

• Ensure the Lunchroom is clean, load/unload dishwasher, and ensure inventory of supplies is available.

• Complete all company and job-related training as assigned within the required timelines.

Hours in our Bedminster NJ Office:

• Tuesday – 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

• Wednesday – 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

• Monday and Thursday – 8:00 am – 12:00 pm

• Tuesday and Wednesday are mandatory, but we may have some flexibility for rest of the week.
