The Manager, Solution Architecture is responsible for designing and implementing robust business solutions across the enterprise, including the evaluation, definition, technical and data structure, rapid development and deployment of IT-related process and technology initiatives.

This is a hybrid position based in Bedminster, NJ.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with ITCI business areas to identify areas where IT can support business needs and goals.

• Contribute to, facilitate, and lead the architectural design of IT solutions, including business rules and functional requirements definition, technical specifications, development, testing and delivery, applying approaches and methodologies such as Agile, Kanban, low-code development, etc.

• Contribute to and facilitate project management activities and issue escalation/resolution within the portfolio of approved IT initiatives.

• Provide day-to-day support to business customers as needed during project planning, delivery, or post-production support.

• Lead and oversee vendors / external business partners participating in the delivery of IT initiatives daily activities.

• Research and understand emerging technologies and trends (low code, generative, AI, etc.) to identify opportunities for innovation in the solutioning approach.

• Create associated technical documentation for solution designs, data flow, and end user training and support.

• Complete all company and job-related training as assigned within the required timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4-6+ years of IT experience, with experience in IT business and/or technical support.

• 1+ years of experience with leading and managing development teams.

• Experience with IT development methodologies such as Agile, Kanban, etc.

• Experience in the life sciences industry preferred and consulting experience preferred.

• Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

The Manager, Solution Architecture - Base Salary Range $100,000 - $130,000
