About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Transportation Program Analyst to manage the operations of existing Employee Commute and Transportation programs. This is a fast-paced role and is well-suited to someone who can manage multiple workflows. The ideal candidate will be organized, quick on their feet, and detail oriented. Other critical skills include clear communication, budget management, and driving programs forward using strategy and data. This position is part of a team, but often operates independently. As such, we are looking for someone who is equal parts team player and self-starter. Experience in the transportation field is a plus but is not vital.

What you’ll do

Ensure safety and regulatory compliance of assigned programs.

Drive performance, changes, and KPIs through management and selection of key vendors.

Manage budget of assigned programs; developing forecasts and ensuring expense invoices are accurate and timely.

Communicate program functions, changes, and interruptions to employee base through web-based posts, face-to-face interactions, and email.

Support events with outreach and education.

Data collection and synthesis, leading to program improvements.

Plan program changes, as driven by the data, user feedback, and business needs. Build documents to support proposed changes. Present said documents to key collaborators, including leadership.

Solicit employee feedback and implement improvements when applicable.

Supervise and manage team email inbox.

Development of new projects and programs, including research, partner consultation, cost-estimation, execution, and performance evaluation.

What you’ll need

  • 3 years of program management

  • 3 years of budget management

  • 3 years vendor management

  • Professional writing, speaking and presentation skills

  • Proven interpersonal skills, including record upkeep

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite

  • Ability to multi-task and problem solve

  • Customer service skills
