Insight Global Technical Project Manager (Memphis) in Beaverton, Oregon

Job Description

A sports retail employer based out of Beaverton, OR is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead security update within the Distribution Centers in New York City and LA locations. Some of the day to day responsibilities include Constructing high-value secured spaces, Replacing outdated security equipment (cameras, badge readers, security panels), Redesigning the layout of security devices, and Collaborating with teams to upgrade backend systems. More responsibilities include: door reader replacements, lobby security updates, exterior speaker updates, technical troubleshooting, etc. Youll work closely with Distribution Center Employees, security guards and security hardware vendors on updates. This position demands collaboration, active engagement, and alignment across all departments, especially with the technology and facilities teams, as well as distribution center leadership. Clear communication and effective coordination with stakeholders at every organizational level are crucial.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business or a related field.

Over 5 years in Security, IT, business, or a related field.

Extensive experience in managing operations within a global, matrixed corporation.

Proven ability to engage with senior business leaders on strategy, and adept at driving clarity and resolution in high-profile, high-tension situations.

Demonstrated excellence in team management, organizational evolution, strategic planning, financial planning, budget management, and vendor management.

Expert at influencing and aligning organizational strategies.

Experience with overseeing security within warehouse facilities and distribution centers.

Familiar with Agile environment.
