Insight Global Sr. Creative Producer in Beaverton, Oregon

Job Description

This Studio Manager/Digital Producer role will manage and track designated workstreams within the Global Brand Creative team at one of our largest retail clients. This person will be a key operational partner to Art Direction & Design, Narrative, Experience, Production inclusive of all Digital work, overseeing the health and status of creative workstreams from brief through final delivery. You'll sit on a Global Brand Creative team focused on work that is being done across our client's direct ecosystem, and you will manage all aspects of content publishing execution on multiple Global Direct Digital Channels.

This person should be highly organized, efficient and results driven. An expert in managing and tracking creative projects and account management, balancing the tactical needs of creative delivery with the communication skills required to handle client desires and realities. You will be responsible for managing, tracking and delivering creative projects & workstreams assigned to you by the Studio Director. You will work closely with all creative contributors within your Brand Creative Studio, ensuring work is delivered on time, within scope and on brief. You will partner closely with Agency partners, defining the scope of delivery for content creation and communicating budget and timelines in partnership with Project Management. As you track and manage creative workstreams, you will elevate risks to appropriate stakeholders. You will oversee your workstreams through final delivery, including digital executions.

Other Day-to-Day Activities

  • You'll actively plan and collaborate as the main point of contact with cross-functional and agency teams to ensure content meets quality standards, brand and business expectations.

  • You'll partner with Ops, Brand, UX, Technical Production, and Program teams to understand technical needs to deliver efficient and strategic solutions.

  • You'll work with stakeholders to monitor and track performance of content and activations. You'll act as the subject matter expert for all publishing tools and processes.

  • You'll also maintain project documentation and specifications for integration into our evolving the client's Consumer Direct and Publishing standards.

  • In this role you will be the last person who touches the content before it goes live to our consumers.

Skills and Requirements

  • Digital Production, Digital Project Management, Digital Production or Operations Management experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications preferred

  • Experience with creative workstream management- including projects within creative concepts, design, writing, retail, event, digital, social, media, broadcast and communications

  • Documented success and experience delivering multi-dimensional marketing and creative projects

  • Relevant work experience including digital project management or CMS authoring/publishing experience.

  • Experience with content localization management systems preferred.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, and reliably meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse team environment.

  • Flexible and able to adapt quickly to new priorities.

  • Demonstrated detail orientation and intrinsic passion toward process excellence, content success and high-quality delivery.

  • Strong troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills, logical reasoning, resourcefulness and comfort with ambiguity.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to understand challenges or underlying concerns, share ideas, clarify or resolve discrepancies, and develop effective responses or elevate to higher management. null
