Nike Specialist II, Marketing CODE & Process, Global in Beaverton, Oregon

This position is a key role within Global Marketing Planning & Operations, based in Portland, Oregon.

You know and love Nike and are passionate for driving change and solving complex problems. You are experienced in helping teams stay organized, prioritized, and focused. Understanding of corporate processes in a marketing function is a plus.

This role will focus on supporting and enabling Nike's marketing process evolution: Consumer CODE. As a key team member, you are comfortable woking with senior marketing leaders and cross functional teams to ensure tasks and actions are prioritized and actioned on. You enjoy transcribing conversations into process and excel at developing narrative focused presentations that help guide teams and leaders to action and results.

You love seeing your work leveraged by brand planners and operators to drive alignment across the organization to reach clear decisions and outcomes.

What you will work on

You will craft templates and presentations to facilitate meetings and install new processes. You take detailed and comprehensive notes, manage follow-ups and communications across teams. You synthesize conversations quickly into process documents with rapid iteration and alignment across stakeholders. You work within marketing's planning tools to ensure inputs are captured correctly, concisely and with appropriate levels of fidelity.

Who you will work with

You will work very closely with brand planners, marketing ops leads, and marketing leadership to ensure communication and interaction across teams is streamlined.

What you bring

  • 3+ years of marketing operations experience

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Operations, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Excellent Keynote Presentation building skills

  • Excellent in transcribing meeting conversations, decisions, and actions

  • Comfortable with multi-tasking across a range of work streams

  • Ability to work across complex organizational processes and functions

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Knowledge and experience in Air Table a plus
