Insight Global is working with a customer to identify a Senior Data Analyst consultant to support a brand studio. This brand studio is responsible for product imagery (photography and video). The speed and complexity of our client's business requires a new level of fact-based decision making. You will be responsible for navigating a wealth of data and turning it into actionable and insightful information for our cross functional photo studio teams. The Data Analyst will design, develop and maintain a suite of reports that supports asset production and readiness for the client's Wholesale and Direct to Consumer businesses. In addition to report development and maintenance, you will be responsible for managing a data warehouse that imports data from various source systems from different functions. You will also provide data analysis support to answer questions, diagnose problem areas and identify business improvement opportunities.

You must be a self-starter, flexible thinker, proactive, and a good communicator who is comfortable with ambiguity. You must love solving logical puzzles, be comfortable with big data sets, and have a proven ability to connect the dots between different workstreams. Your ability to develop personal relationships, build trust, and embrace the balance of art and science will set you apart. You must be passionate about taking data and turning it into a compelling story that would be shared with Senior Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with 7+ departments in the client's creative studio teams to gather business requirements and build automated Tableau dashboards that fuel data-driven decision making

• Help build trust in the numbers by becoming an expert in data that supports our client's value streams for Wholesale and Direct to Consumer

• Monitor KPIs, flag potential improvements and keep stakeholders informed of progress

• Design Tableau dashboards that fit Nike brand guidelines

• Manage Tableau Server and all working Tableau Server dashboards/reports

• Manage a Data Warehouse and ETL jobs that imports data from different source systems

• Support data integration projects

• Address ad-hoc requests for data and reporting needs where appropriate

• Develop strong working relationships with management and cross functional teams

• Track and resolve data and reporting issues using a variety of tools

• Develop a strong understanding of end-to-end photo production workflows

• Successfully manage multiple priorities against business goals

• Drive process improvement and develop metrics and best practices to measure success

• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on all relevant processes

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field

• 5+ years' experience writing simple and complex SQL queries

• Strong experience with ETL processes and databases/data warehouses

• 3+ years' experience in Data Visualization with Tableau Desktop

• 2+ years' experience with Python

• Strong attention to detail, analytical, excellent communicator, self-motivated, and organized

• Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Experience in taking a concept or idea working with cross functional teams to bring it to life

• Strong cross team collaboration

• Able to successfully manage multiple priorities against business goals

• Ability to translate complex data into digestible visualizations

• Strong technical and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new tools

• Able to thrive in an ambiguous environment with little to no guidance - Experience with Airtable

• Experience working with APIs

• Experience with Tableau Server, Tableau Prep and Tableau Conductor null
