Providence Provider Relations Assistant *Remote* in Beaverton, Oregon

Providence Health Plan is calling a Provider Relations Assistant who will:

  • Provide administrative support for the day-to-day activities of the Provider Relations team

  • Provide essential data support and coordination activities for various business critical analysis and reporting needs e.g. State Network Adequacy, NCQA, CMS

  • Represent the interests of the Provider Relations department on committee and/or project work

  • Assist with provider change information via Facets and Sharepoint

  • Be Responsible to set up employees on ProvLink

  • Compile and send provider communication materials as needed

  • Coordinate documentation and support for multiple projects within Provider Relations

  • Compile and prepare data for analysis and reporting purposes

  • Assist team members in completion of high priority tasks when necessary

  • Open, sort, screen and distribute mail and other communications as appropriate

  • Responsible to research and forward as appropriate all returned mail

Providence Health Plan welcomes 100% remote work for residents who reside in one of the following areas:

  • Washington: Vancouver

  • Oregon: Portland, Beaverton

Please note the following important detail regarding this role:

  • This position will require for you to report into the office during training, 2-3 days per week, for your first 3 months.

  • This position is affiliated with Providence Health Plan and will be tied to a location and compensation range in Beaverton, Oregon

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Associate's Degree -OR- Bachelor's Degree

  • 2+ years administrative support experience (healthcare setting)

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Experience in a health care setting

  • Behavioral Healthcare Experience

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
