Who we are looking for:

We’re looking for a Jordan Womens Footwear Product Line Manager. This role is responsible for uniting & co leading a team under a shared vision and empower them to champion the voice of the Jordan Women’s consumer. This person will be responsible for the first spark of a product idea that sets the Jordan Footwear Product Creation team into motion. We are seeking someone who will co-manage the strategic plan for a growing & complex business, inclusive of a multi-year roadmap that incorporates consumer/product and marketplace insights, creative direction, innovation, business analysis.

What you will work on:

You'll be working with the Jordan Women’s Footwear Team and will be driving product and operational excellence across new silos and models. You’ll support all stages of the product creation process, from uncovering sharp consumer and marketplace insights to presenting finalized footwear concepts and doing this in partnership with a cross functional team of specialists. Thanks to your vision and your dedication, you’ll co-create undisputed leadership and separation across all dimensions of the Jordan Women’s product family. You will serve as a guide for your peers; acting as a leader during critical checkpoints. You will be responsible for coordinating and/or communicating the line or specific products to internal and external audiences.

You'll be responsible for collaborating with Design, Development, Merchandising & Brand teammates to create industry leading footwear with compelling & consumer centric stories!

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Influencing skills. Ability to drive vision and strategy across functions while respecting the balance of competing interests

• Demonstrated leadership capability, including the ability to empower and support others

• Innovative in thought to utilize vision and drive concepts to a new space

• Passion for Jordan Brand, sneakers, the culture of Streetwear, and Athletic Footwear Industry

• Able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the streetwear & Jordan Women’s consumer (tastes, habits, preferences, interests & behaviors)

• Curiosity. Possess a strong desire to learn about new consumers, ideas and opportunities.

• Proven track record to gather consumer insights and translate into compelling product solutions

• Strong business acuity with a proven record for achieving sustainable growth

• Demonstrated business planning skills to meet financial and critical metric goals

• Strong understanding of the Footwear construction and story-telling process

• Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills

• Attention to detail and deadlines

• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time, including internationally
