WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

For our Product Line Manager II, Global Apparel Mens Basketball (x2) roles:

Product Line Manager II - Tees

Our Global Mens Basketball Apparel team is looking for a Product Line Manager II to lead our Global Branded Tees business. This role will oversee all facets of the product creation process for Mens Nike Basketball Tees (inclusive of our Signature Athletes business). This role will play an integral part of our Mens Basketball Apparel strategy, driven by consumer insights, marketplace analysis and a clear understanding of enterprise priorities, to deliver key product briefs, complete seasonal line-plans, and provide team leadership. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of apparel, hoops, fashion, and sneaker culture.

Product Line Manager II – Support

Our Global Mens Basketball Apparel team is looking for a Product Line Manager II to support our Global apparel business. This role will provide day-to-day support for our Branded and Signature Apparel business. This role will play an integral part of our Mens Basketball Apparel team, helping us to gather deep consumer insights, marketplace analysis, and to deliver key product briefs. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of apparel, hoops, fashion, and sneaker culture.

For our Product Line Manager II, Global Apparel Womens Running role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and consumer-centric Product Line Manager II to join the Women’s Running apparel team. This role supports the product creation process through cross-functional collaboration with design, development and merchandising teams. The PLM II will play a crucial role in driving product excellence by conducting marketplace and consumer research to deliver exceptional market-leading running products for her. This role is fast-paced and requires a meticulous individual with excellent organizational skills.

For each of these roles, you will work with Product Management and a cross-functional team (Merchandising, Design and Technical Design) on the apparel creation process from brief to final product approval. You will lead the product creation workflow through data management and effective collaboration across cross-functional partners. You will be delivering on key dates and holding yourself accountable to be a great teammate.

The ideal candidate will also be responsible for crafting insightful and impactful product briefs in partnership with their manager. They will analyze consumer and competitive trends in the market and bringing quality product to market that serves our consumer and meets margin targets.

A typical day/week includes ensuring the accuracy of information in key systems, sample management, participating and conducting meetings and providing clear communication to guide cross functional teams thru critical checkpoints.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will work closely with your Product Management team cross-functional teammates in Merchandising, Design and Technical Design, Planning and Operational teams in order to lead the product creation cycle.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING?

  • Bachelor's degree or an additional 2 years, or combination of relevant education, experience, and training

  • 2-3 years of related experience in product-related role

  • Ability to guide multiple product creation timelines

  • Passion for product and understanding the consumer

  • Outstanding attention to details

  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to drive consensus

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentations

  • Ability to travel up to 5-10%
