The Nike Trading Company is a Global organization whose mission is to optimize Nike Inc.’s financial and operational efficiencies while enabling advanced Supply Chain capabilities and flexibility in partnership with Global, Functional and Geography teams. The Trading company operates primarily out of Singapore and also has a multi-functional presence based in Beaverton, OR World Headquarters.

The Nike Trading Company Capabilities Team is embedded in the Global Nike Trading Company supporting all cross-functional aspects of Nike’s Trading processes, operations and technology - including the people, processes and system aspects that are directly and indirectly involved with the Trading Company. The team is actively involved in many large/strategic Nike Inc. initiatives in addition to new business process development and ongoing enhancement work as part of our regular intake and engagement cycles.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Principal, Process and Solutions teammate. This role is critical to sustain and continue growing Trading capabilities and ensure the team is positioned to succeed at all levels of engagement. This role will be involved cross-functionally across business and technology teams supporting initiatives throughout the Nike organization, including incorporating senior leader/partner requirements and balancing them against strategic company goals/vision. You will partner across key businesses and technology teams collaborating directly through business process design, development, implementation and ongoing operational support cycles and will also be engaged in the continuous improvement and evolution of the established Nike Trading Company platform.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

The Principal, Process and Solutions will be to support the delivery of key-strategic Nike capabilities across the Global-Nike Inc. Your involvement in multi-year efforts will assist Nike Inc., and the Nike Trading Company Capabilities Team in realizing significant operational and financial benefits within the programs and processes supported by the team. You will collaborate across the many aspects of the Nike Supply Chain - processes, functions, geographies, and business units in both business and technology aspects. Your role will assist in driving project lifecycles for multiple phases of key critical initiatives that include cross-functional business process design, system development, implementation, transitions and coordination across geographies and business units and internal partners.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will be working directly with the Trading Company team members in both WHQ and Singapore, technology teams, key businesses and across the Nike Inc. matrix.

What you bring

• Consistent track record in leading results-oriented teams in high-pressure or high-profile assignments

• Agility, versatility and problem-solving skills.

• Superb communication, facilitation, presentation, and influencing skills

• Must have solid experience as "change agent"

• Should be self-motivated with an effective problem solving approach

• SAP experience – preferably in HANA S/4 and/or FMS

• Multi-functional SAP functional knowledge in more than one core module: SD, MM, LE, FICO, or PP/APO

• Demonstrated process development and continuous improvement experience - including process mapping, documenting requirements, overseeing development, active testing, deployment and ongoing support of business operations

What you must have to be considered:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Supply Chain or a related field

• 5 years' relevant professional work experience

• 2 years' additional relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree

• Experience developing and leading multi-functional teams in key/strategic projects

Preferred experience:

• Cross-functional SAP.

• Experience with Lean methodologies and processes.

• Large and complex supply chain process experience.

• Solutions development project experience.
