Job Description

A wireless sound technology organization in the Beaverton, OR is looking to bring on a Manager/Director of Quality and Reliability. They will have to analyze different situations and must be able to exercises judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

The decisions they make will have a serious impact on the overall success of functional, division, or company operations.

Regularly interacts with executives and/or major customers is expected. It is important that they are detail oriented and can drive project forward.

Lastly, they must be able to plan and execute reliability qualification and do regular reliability testing.

Skills and Requirements

8+ years of experience in semiconductor or PCBA Quality and/or Operations such as Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering or Supply Chain

Experience in applying Quality Control methods (SPC, DOE, FMEA, Six Sigma, etc) plus ISO 9001 and TS16949 Quality Management systems

Must be a strong team player, detail oriented, proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented

Ability to make sound quality decisions

Capable of successfully managing multiple complex tasks

Must be able to view problems on a broad/holistic base

Experience with semiconductor and/or PCBA module reliability evaluation and testing requirements Wants to travel internationally null
