Nike NIKE, Inc. Global Supply Chain & Operations Undergraduate Internship in Beaverton, Oregon

The NIKE, Inc. Supply Chain & Operations team is the engine that propels product around the world. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Our Supply Chain & Operations Teams are looking for interns with an interest in supporting our global and geo supply chain network and connecting how we make and move products and serve our consumers across our marketplace.

Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in an Undergraduate program with an expected graduation date of December 2025 or Spring/Summer 2026

  • Background inOperations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Analytics, Manufacturing, Engineering, Businessor related field preferred 

  • Resume submission (PDF) required

Skills:

  • Passionate about Nike brand, products and consumers

  • Supply Chain operations and retail industry knowledge is a plus

  • Ability to work cross-functionally, influence other teams, and leverage internal and external resources  

  • Strong project management, data analytics and strategic thinking skills

  • Ability to analyze problems, develop innovative solutions, and deal with frequent changes in priorities 

  • Have a growth mindset, be inquisitive, and have a process-oriented mindset  

  • Proficiency with MS Excel at an intermediate level including VLOOKUPs, pivots, and formulas

  • Strong attention to detail, problem solving and decision-making skills

  • Demonstrates self-awareness and the ability to receive and implement feedback

  • Compelling, high-impact storyteller with the ability to influence at multiple levels throughout the organization

  • Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments

  • Ability to decipher themes, make decisions, and tell stories from large datasets

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As a Global Supply Chain & Operations Intern, you will have an opportunity to take part in a fast-paced work environment in one of the following spaces:

  • Global Supply Chain Operations: Innovation, Capabilities, Flow, Distribution, Nike Logistics Systems, Performance & Portfolio, Strategic Enterprise Capabilities

  • North America Geography: Marketplace Supply Chain and Logistics

  • Asia Pacific Latin America Geography: Marketplace Supply Chain and Logistics

  • Influence Nike’s Sourcing & Manufacturing strategy through:

  • Optimizing new processes for geo-distributed forecasts

  • Supplier capability landscaping

  • Creation of metrics, KPIs, and evaluation frameworks

  • Process mapping and establishing partner engagement models

  • Innovate Nike’s approach to Operational Excellence through:

  • Data analysis and market research on quality of key apparel and footwear styles

  • Streamlining the risk assessment process

  • Tool building (Tableau, Smartsheet, etc.) to automate processes and visualize data

  • Visual Mapping/Design

  • Operation Model Building
