The Learning Advisory Manager will be responsible for collaborating with client stakeholders to identify the requirements for learning experiences across a variety of modalities and building a preliminary learning brief to determine scope, requirements, impact, and measurement strategy. They will use their knowledge of adult learning theory and learning solution development processes to provide expert guidance to your clients and the LEDD team to ensure successful execution of learning programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts learning needs analysis to identify learning gaps and develop effective learning strategies.

  • Collaborates with client stakeholders to create a preliminary learning brief.

  • Works with learning experience design and development LEDD to rapidly develop and deploy learning solutions.

  • Applies project management principles and knowledge to manage critical milestones and deadlines e.g., solution reviews, SME feedback, delivery of client content, etc.

  • Provides expert guidance to ensure successful implementation of learning programs.

  • Stays up to date with industry trends and best practices in Learning.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of Learning & Design experience

  • Minimum of 7 years of Client Relationship Management experience

  • Minimum of 7 years of Learning Development or Learning Delivery

Preferred Skills:

  • Communication Campaign management

  • Visual Communications

Professional Skills:

  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team oriented environment.

  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting either military or civilian.

  • High energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness and ability to work well under pressure.

  • Excellent communication written and oral and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making abilities.

  • Professional of unquestionable integrity, credibility and character

    Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.

California $93,400 to $196,500

Colorado $93,400 to $169,800

New York $86,500 to $196,500

Washington $99,500 to $180,800
