Prepare analyses and implement projects involving all aspects of warehousing using knowledge of supply chain, logistics and transportation concepts and warehouse management systems.  Lead and conduct multiple project or solutions utilizing project management tools and processes.  Develop and maintain scope of work document including project scope and objectives.  Establish engineering and/or modeling methodology and approach using AutoCAD to design 2D layout and elevation plans.  Formalize realistic project timeline and project plan and implement and maintain a labor management program.  Perform risk management to minimize project risks.  Manage the communication and relationship with customers (internal/external) and stakeholders.  Deliver superior warehousing solutions in accordance with the approved project scope, objectives, and timeline.  Document/present warehousing solution to the customer (internal/external).  Act as a Subject Matter Expert and perform project analysis and design work.  Conduct benchmarking analysis and communicate results to customer leadership to establish baseline for value generation and to identify additional growth opportunities.  Provide performance feedback to team members and their direct manager at the conclusion of the project.
