Role Overview:

We are seeking a Corporate Accountant with a diverse skillset, breath of accounting experiences, and who possess the potential for growth. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills with attention to details. Will be able to display organizational awareness and emotional intelligence. Location: Beachwood, OH

Responsibilities:

· Reconcile accounts, review, and prepare journal entries, and assist in closing processes.

· Assist in preparation of audit schedules and documentation.

· Monitor and assist with accounts payable process execution to ensure accuracy, compliance and to provide troubleshooting as needed.

· Help develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures.

· Help develop and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.

· Analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner.

· Ability to perform technical accounting research and prepare detailed accounting analysis to arrive at proposal of accounting treatment.

· Ability to prepare forecasts, as necessary.

· Provide back-up support for other members of the finance team.

Position Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.

• CPA or Master’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.

• Five - seven years general accounting and/or corporate experience required.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software Suite; advanced Microsoft Excel skills such

as pivot tables and VLOOKUP’s.

· SAP S4 Hana experience is desirable.

· Limited remote work: preference is five days in the office.
