Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Manager to lead our sales team in identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for building lasting client relationships in the staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and social media.

  • Team Management: Oversee and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives, providing guidance and support to maximize their performance and professional development.

  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to create and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and drive market growth.

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their staffing needs and presenting tailored solutions.

  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and refine sales tactics.

  • Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales metrics, preparing reports to evaluate team performance and make data-driven decisions.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure alignment between client needs and candidate sourcing efforts.

  • Training: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills of the sales team, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and team members.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
