We’re looking for a motivated Purchasing Coordinator to join our team and to proactively liaise with suppliers to ensure purchase orders are delivered on time & in full to enable efficient supply.

Your role

Your key goal is to ensure stock is sufficiently balanced, to avoid stockouts and over-stocks, and to liaise with internal departments to ensure all processes are completed in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

Your background and experience

• Two years of experience in a purchasing role preferred

• Proficiency with an ERP package (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.)

• Solid written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills

• Organized, extremely detailed, able to multi-task under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Excellent with Excel V-lookup and macros
