Our client is seeking a Manager of Network Technology who will play a crucial role in leading strategic network initiatives, managing our enterprise communication infrastructure, and developing team members.

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic initiatives for data network and security technologies using Agile and Lean practices.

• Translate business goals into technology strategies and execute them rapidly.

• Manage and modernize our enterprise communication infrastructure.

• Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.

• Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring the team is equipped with top talent.

• Monitor and manage the budget, with a focus on technology investments.

• Collaborate on setting architectural standards and best practices for consistency and quality.

• Keep track of emerging tech trends to aid in organizational advancement.

• Build strong relationships with our customers and provide tailored solutions to their needs.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and communication.

Requirements • A minimum of 7 years of experience in managing network technology within the manufacturing industry.

• Proficient in Border Gateway Protocol (BGP).

• Demonstrated expertise in configuring and managing Cisco routers.

• Strong knowledge and experience with Cisco Technologies.

• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies is essential.

• Experience with Firewall Technologies is required.

• Ability to conduct AB Testing effectively.

• Proven experience in managing Active Directory.

• Experience with Backup Technologies is required.

• Knowledge of Circuit Board operations is necessary.

• Proficiency in handling Computer Hardware.

• Demonstrated experience with Juniper network products.

• Familiarity with Aruba network solutions.

• Experience with Microsoft Azure is a must.
