Summary:

Responsible for identifying uninsured ER patients and interview who may be eligible for financial and social assistance from community agencies. May act as a liaison between the patient and community agencies. Must be available for flexible scheduling and willing to rotate shifts. Clearly documents all activities. Preferred skill includes knowledge of community resources for unfunded/underfunded patients. This is a remote job only.
