BayCare Health System Manager Facilities Operations - Real Estate in Tampa, Florida

BayCare is currently in search of our newest Team Member who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. We are looking for an individual seeking a career opportunity with one of the largest employers within the Tampa Bay area.

The Manager of Facilities Operations - Real Estate is responsible for:

  • Organizing and coordinating overall real estate facilities operations of ambulatory locations

  • Managing the operating and capital budget

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations including ensuring equipment and buildings are properly maintained appropriate to BayCare and regulatory standards

  • Promoting team member growth and development through mentoring of 12–14-person team

  • Participate in strategic planning with leadership in accordance to BayCare initiatives and needs.

  • Traveling Across Tampa Bay to address ambulatory site needs (company car or mileage reimbursement available)

Minimum Qualifications

Education

Required - High School or Equivalent

Preferred - Bachelor's or Associate Degree

Experience

Required - 5 years as Facility Manager with High School or 3 years Facility Manager with Associates or Bachelors

License

Required - Valid FL Driver's License
