Services Project/Program Management Analyst (Fresh Graduate)

The team works closely with sales, customer service, partners, customers and other technical support groups in cross-functional teams. Together, they manage the lifecycle of highly complex, high risk projects - from design to delivery.

What you’ll achieve

As a Services Project/Program Management Analyst, you will execute some parts of the project activities assisting to Project Manager based on the customer requirements in the field into volume orders at the factory and meeting project delivery commitment. This role requires extensive of interaction and communication of internal Project Manager, customers, and stakeholders.

You will:

  • Takes total responsibility and accountability for managing the day-to-day projects being assigned to

  • Support projects and Project Manager during internal project transition period for instance new product transition, new bios release, monthly block releases and etc

  • Always ensure the process implemented deliver the good and right quality services/product to the customers

  • Work independently to gather resource requirements and manage each project to completion

  • Work with a diverse group of people in various functional areas locally, regionally, and internationally
