The Walt Disney Company Senior Administrative Assistant in Bay Lake, Florida

This position provides administrative support to the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Disney Experiences.
Responsibilities
Coordination and orchestration of complex scheduling and calendar management for the EVP/CFO
Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external partners and also serve as the connection to the senior management teams
Proactively and effectively communicate with executive on day-to day-detail and priorities as a trusted partner
Manage all work with highest degree of confidentiality – exercising discretion, judgment and diplomacy
Display initiative, ingenuity and constant communication as a consistent means of accomplishing the responsibilities
Act as liaison between the Chairman’s office and the CFO’s team
Manage the agendas and attend weekly EVP/CFO Direct Report Staff Meeting and monthly Finance Executive Meetings
Oversight and management of complex US and International travel
Management of T&E in a timely manner
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of eight years of administrative experience supporting senior executives in a corporate setting
Ability to maintain and protect confidentiality in all departmental and financial workflow
Strong relationships across the segment and enterprise to drive efficiency in scheduling, problem solving and creating positive outcomes.
Experience in a global organization managing calendars, communication, and priorities across multiple time zones
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to anticipate executive’s needs
Independent decision-making skills and good judgment in the handling of all workflow and communications
Strong time-management skills
Exceptional planning and organizational skills
Multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize, manage details and meet all deadlines
Skilled in integrating new executives and peers into the organization
Proficient in Windows (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP), TEAMS, able to learn new technologies for MAC
Flexible with work schedule
Required Education
- High school degree or equivalent
