Job Summary The Foreman will serve as a liaison between construction workers and supervisors to ensure things run smoothly at a job site. They will coordinate the tasks for the day, develop schedules for workers and oversee the quality of the project and ensure all safety rules are being followed. Duties/Responsibilities Ensure all safety rules are being followed. Ensure project schedules are met and projects are completed on time. Oversee quality of the project. Train and mentor self-performing labor force. Complete project documentation and all recordkeeping requirements. Identify change orders and assist with pricing. Draft and complete punch lists. Ensure jobsite is clean. Work with the overall project schedule and clients needs to manage personnel and subcontractors for maximum efficiency and productivity. Manage tools and equipment for projects. Assure proper lead-times are allowed for timely delivery and scheduling. Assist in field personnel evaluations.
