Job Description

  • Develop and administer Ethics and Compliance communications targeted to a diverse, global workforce

  • Create posters, slides, banners, handouts, videos (animated and live), podcasts, and other communication modalities

  • Produce creative assets for other Ethics and Compliance projects

  • Assist with creation of online training modules and instructor-led classes

  • Produce small video projects, which may include filming other employees

  • Help manage Ethics and Compliance online SharePoint site, including designing and deploying graphical assets

  • Support translation and localization of Ethics and Compliance materials

  • Interface with local compliance champions and support the Ethics and Compliance needs of the broader Legal team

  • Other special projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred

  • Strong written and spoken English skills

  • Experience with graphic design programs including PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud

  • Experience with video filming, animation, and editing preferred

  • Experience working with SharePoint is a plus

  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and vlookup is a plus

  • Experience using Articulate software is a plus

  • Experience in the legal and/or ethics and compliance fields is a plus

  • Experience working at a global company is preferred

  • Honesty, integrity, and a positive, can-do attitude

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and customer service skills

  • Proven troubleshooting, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work, including having follow-through and discipline to stay on track with projects

  • Strong work ethic and ability to produce high quality work product under deadline pressures

  • Ability to thrive in a global team environment and sensitivity to cultural differences

  • Position requires minimal travel
