Job Title: Process Reliability EngineerJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Process Reliability Engineer to join our team. You will collaborate with one other reliability engineer to oversee all three buildings on our campus. You will spend 60% of your time on the floor troubleshooting and addressing immediate issues, and 40% behind a desk developing long-term preventative maintenance strategies and solutions. Your role will involve engaging with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and focusing on long-term solutions, developing lubrication processes/programs, identifying common failures, conducting root cause analysis, and performing comprehensive failure analysis.

Hard Skills

• 5+ years working in a manufacturing facility

• Technical background in process or mechanical engineering

• Root cause analysis experience

• Process improvement experience

• Problem solving/troubleshooting experience

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Battle Creek, Michigan.

Work Environment

Typical hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with flexibility required to address urgent issues. Minimal overtime is expected, and travel is less than 10%.
