Division Description

Cosma Castings Michigan (CCMI)- a division of Magna International- is located in Battle Creek, Michigan. We are a casting and assembly facility that manufactures automotive body components for GM, Ford, FCA, Honda, and other aftermarket customers. We operate a 300,000-square-foot facility with approximately 500 employees. Summary of Responsibilities

The MRO Crib Attendant position is responsible for receiving, issuing, and maintaining all Stock Room inventory accuracy. Furthermore, the MRO Crib Attendant will create Material Requisitions and assist/work with various departments within CCMi to ensure all requirements are met. In addition, this position will require working knowledge of the Stock Room area's production, safety, and quality aspects. The MRO Crib Attendant will work with their respective Buyers, Shipping Clerks, and Purchasing Managers, assisting with all directives.

You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, assigned to the afternoon/evening shift, focused on safety and quality. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions of the position.

Key Qualifications/Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is required

  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.)

  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills

  • Strong mathematical, analytical and organizational skills

  • Excellent computer skills to include thorough knowledge of a MRP system (SAP preferred)

  • Excellent customer service skills
