Launched in 2023, Integrated Services creates and markets new customer experiences by integrating hardware, software and services across Ford Blue, Model e and Ford Pro. These products and services allow Ford's retail and commercial customers to customize their vehicles like never before with OTA (over-the-air)-driven experiences that grow better over time. In this position...

The Integrated Services Product Management team is looking for a Senior Product Manager, responsible for defining strategy, enhancing/creating new customer experiences to drive an elevated vehicle service experience, enabled through digital products. While defining the product strategy, we must leverage one of our greatest assets, our dealer partners, tightly integrating our delivery with their systems and operations.

This individual will make data driven decisions, coordinating strategy and development between engineering, design, product management and business to fulfill the vision, creating a world where our Care+ customers are never disrupted by the burden of vehicle service again.

The ideal candidate will obsess over making the vision a reality, will have an ability to operate strategically and tactically, working independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. This individual will also be a leader in the organization, taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in an ambiguous and dynamic business environment.

This position is remote unless the candidate lives within 50 miles of the Dearborn, Michigan office.

What you'll do...

  • Lead integration of gen AI-augmented proactive outreach platform (partnership or acquisition)

  • Enable backend data integration across: Vehicle Health / Prognostics / Customer data / AI Guide (Co-Pilot) and underlying model requirements / etc.

  • Drive quality assurance and performance optimization across the tech stack

  • Conduct iterative, fast paced experiments in order to drive the development of products and services our customers love

  • Partner closely with your engineering matched pair to deliver the above

  • Analyze data and perform sophisticated analytical exercises

  • Own the strategy for your product area, defining your vision, goals, and investments

  • Work with design to prototype and ideate on future state products

  • Develop new product pitches and requirements, translating into high quality product roadmaps

  • Coordinate a large, diverse, product team to innovate new and enhance existing products to drive your vision.

  • Drive standardization, simplification, and automation of internal processes and product development mechanisms to increase throughput

  • Manage weekly, and monthly product/business reporting

You'll have...

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5+ years of experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • 5+ years in a product management role

  • 2+ year of experience using data to influence decisions at an executive or leadership level

  • 2+ years of experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • 2+ years of experience with end-to-end product delivery

Even better, you may have...

  • Consulting experience with a focus on product management, software, or design a plus

  • Master's degree in business, administration, organizational development, computer science, or related field

  • Ability to apply personal expertise and/or experience regarding software development, product management or design

  • Experience with development of an LLM

  • Experience with a franchise model

  • Strong organizational and time management skills can manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously, multi-task, and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent cross-group collaboration skills, ability to impact outcomes in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to senior leadership

  • Excellent business judgment and demonstrated ability to think and act both strategically and tactically

  • A proven track record of setting and exceeding aggressive goals

  • Ability to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work independently and effectively across internal and external organizations

  • Experience and knowledge in working with KPI’s and OKR’s

  • Experience facilitating user interviews and other market research

  • Adaptable and able to handle a high amount variability

  • Fast working and organized
