Job Description
The Sr. PM will demonstrate proficiency in project management tasks, strategies, and tools. They will manage process improvement projects, develop tooling and process leveraged across our program by our broader team of project managers, educate our broader project management team, and monitor compliance. They will also assist with identifying areas for process improvement. The Sr. PM will be able to operate in the role largely independently within defined policies and procedures.
Responsibilities of a Senior Project Manager:
Detailed Project Management experience with past multiple, complex projects/programs being implemented successfully.
Create and manage a project plan and schedule for assigned projects
Successfully deliver projects to agreed-upon scope, within scheduled dates, and at or under project financials/cost.
Will work on multiple development projects simultaneously and prioritize work to meet adapting deadlines.
Field requirements questions from engineers, leadership, team, clients, and all other stakeholders.
Leverage experience with Microsoft SharePoint sites, lists, apps, and workflows or aptitude to proactively learn with self-paced training to guide project management tooling strategies
Recognize need for process changes, develop plan to address, and implement improvements that are sustainable and repeatable.
Document business and/or functional requirements and facilitate review meetings.
Run meetings related to project design or integration with other teams, and to define and drive next steps.
Identify & manage project risks, driving mitigation/resolution strategies and escalating as appropriate.
Indirectly coach other team members and support prioritization of their priorities, objectives, and daily work tasks.
Mentor and coach junior project managers.
Provide high quality status reporting on a regular cadence and be able to present to high level executives and other project stakeholders.
Business analysis and consultation with stakeholders based on quantitative and qualitative data.
Cultivate and maintain internal and external client relationships to achieve business objectives.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience with emphasis in a related field.
Must be a US Citizen
At least 5 years of total combined completed higher education and related Project Management work experience including, project planning and execution, team leadership and management, stakeholder management, risk management, and project reporting and presentation.
Ability to successfully complete the Federal Security Clearance process applicable for the position.
Experience with process mapping tools.
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint sites, lists, apps, and workflows or aptitude to proactively learn with self-paced training to guide project management tooling strategies
Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel skill, using functions (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, etc.) with confidence.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to deal with ambiguity in project planning and delivery.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Oracle Health Consulting and/or Federal deployment methodology.
Experience with Oracle Apex.
Project Management Professional (PMP) - Project Management Institute (PMI)
Responsibilities
Other Expectations:
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to an already virtually approved location.
Must be willing to travel occasionally as needed.
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $70,600 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
