What You'll Be Doing

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Answeringdirectingcallsfromamulti-linephonesysteminacourteousmanner.

  • Greetinganddirectingguestsandteammatesina professionalmanner.

  • Receivingallincomingdeliveries.

  • Assuringthatconferenceroomsarepostedwithdailycalendars,haveallnecessaryamenitiesand are neat at all times.

  • Orderingofficeandshippingsuppliesandmaintaininginventoriesofsame.

  • Completingexpensereportsforanyitemsplacedonthegeneralcompanycreditcard.

  • PreparingdocumentsasnecessaryutilizingMicrosoftWord,Excel,PowerPoint and Teams.

  • Copying,collating,sorting,faxingandmailingdocumentsasrequested.

  • Schedule and maintain all department meetings as requested.

  • Trackingandensuring 4 GasMonitors,gasandextracylindersarecalibratedandinproperworking at all times.

  • Order safety and PPE supplies and maintain inventory.

  • Setup new hire teammate’s desk with supplies, activate badge, and print their nameplate and “welcome packet.”

  • Order soft drinks weekly and maintain supply.

  • Schedule Conference rooms for teammates.

  • Coordinate and order lunch for monthly Purview meetings.

  • Schedule pool cars for teammates.

  • Help PA’s set up lunch for client meetings.

  • Handle weekly orientation Teams meetings.

  • Preparingtimesheetsandexpensereportsasneeded.

  • Assist with RL’s expense reports as needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Knowledgeandapplicationofcompanystandards.

  • Knowledgeofofficeadministrationprocedures.

  • ProficiencyinMicrosoftWord,Excel, Outlook, Teamsandothersoftwareasneeded.

  • Attentiontodetail.

  • Excellentproofreadingandgrammar.

  • Abilitytocommunicateeffectively,bothverbalandwritten.

  • Abilitytomaintainconfidentialityinallareas.

  • Abilitytoworkinafast-pacedenvironmentwithextrememulti-tasking.

Physical Requirements:
