Description Technical Project Manager Robert Half is seeking multiple project managers for a 2 year assignment in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The role involves managing various projects within the IT industry, utilizing skills such as Atlassian Jira, Cloud Technologies, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning. As the Project Manager, you will be managing stakeholder relationships, implementing change management strategies, and ensuring the effective use of project tracking tools. This role does not support C2C.

Responsibilities: • Overseeing the implementation and efficient use of Atlassian Jira and other cloud technologies in project management. • Managing various projects, ensuring they are completed within the stipulated timeline and budget. • Utilizing ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning tools to manage resources and track project progress. • Engaging in effective stakeholder management to ensure smooth project execution. • Implementing and overseeing change management strategies to ensure seamless transitions during project implementations. • Maintaining thorough documentation of project plans, updates, and outcomes. • Applying Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies in project management to ensure efficiency. • Ensuring effective project tracking to keep all stakeholders informed about project progress. • Resolving any issues or bottlenecks that may arise during project execution. • Continuously monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary. Requirements

Requirements: • 5 Years of Project Management experience • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira for project management and tracking • Experience with Cloud Technologies such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software • Knowledge in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems • Proficiency in About Time software for project and resource management • Experience in performing A/B Testing for product optimization • Extensive knowledge and experience in Agile Scrum methodologies • Understanding of Budget Processes and financial management • Experience in Change Management, able to manage and adapt to changes in project scope and direction.
