Under general supervision, the Credit Analyst is responsible for supporting a proactive approach to credit management for trade accounts receivable. The analyst follows established credit policies and procedures to maximize the value and minimize the risk of the portfolio. The analyst interfaces with the credit, leasing and business teams, customers, banks, and legal counsel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Perform bankruptcy and known doubtful analysis. 2. Perform analysis on potential abandoned property accounts make recommendation on next step. 3. Prepare and maintain credit risk assessments and determining the preliminary credit worthiness of prospective customers. 4. Perform the on-going risk analysis for components of the customer account portfolio. 5. Maintain and reconcile back-up and files on all known doubtful and bankrupt accounts (including court filings). 6. Support the establishment of and maintenance of credit policy.
