Part-time Lifeguard, Batavia, OH. Working approximately 10 hours per week

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring a safe and friendly environment for all the aquatic facility members and guests.

Available shifts:

Monday - Friday 5:45 AM - 10:00 AM

Monday - Friday 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Saturdays & Sundays 7:45 AM - 12:00 PM

Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least 16 years old.

Lifeguard certification from American Red Cross required.

Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

You Will:

Monitor patrons using the facility.

Enforce and explain rules of the facility as necessary.

Coordinate and lead a variety of HealthFitness and program-specific health improvement programs & promotions.

Respond appropriately to any emergency situation.

Perform chemical testing and document results for five bodies of water four times a day.

Attend all required staff meetings and training.
