Clermont County Transportation Connect CTC PROGRAM MANAGER 1 in Batavia, Ohio

Type: Full-Time Permanent (Classified) FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Probationary Period: 120 Days Salary: Minimum of $19.31/hour Hours: 8:00 a.m. -- 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday Posting Period: Position will be open until filled. JOB DUTIES: Accurately processes routine financial documents and information, including but not limited to: accounts receivable, accounts payable, contract billing and processing, purchase order requests and payment of invoices and bills. Assists CTC Administration with the budget and other fiscal matters as needed. Collects staff time sheets and prepares staff payroll on a bi-weekly basis. Orders office & vehicle supplies. Processes information received in order to maintain records or files and assists in preparation of reports. Maintains CTC client database in Trapeze. Produces periodic reports as directed. Assists Director in preparation of budget projections and coordinates expenditures for the department providing for daily operational needs as well as the growing transportation services infrastructure. Ensures the department's compliance with DOT/FTA regulations and requirements. Including, but not limited to grant writing, data gathering, and submittal of transportation statistics. Researches, completes, and submits for approval, applications for grant funding to help improve the financial condition of CTC and assists the director to expand transportation services to larger segments of County residents. Fills in for the Administrative Supervisor 1 and/or Director when requested. Operates a motor vehicle to respond to various locations around the county to conduct thorough accident investigations involving department vehicles. Submit to DOT/FTA program regulations as required. Provides public relations throughout the county and addresses customer concerns via conflict resolution. Manages advertising requests. Receives drivers' daily collections and processes this revenue with county auditor. Works alone or with other persons in short- or long-term team projects to resolve problems or conflicts in any area of county operations or to complete assigned projects at the direction of any county supervisor or Department Head when assigned. Participates in cross-training and maintains proficiency in area of cross-training as necessary. New and other related duties as assigned. Reports safety/risk management issues to immediate supervisor. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED equivalent; one course in high school accounting or bookkeeping and/or one course in post-secondary accounting or bookkeeping; or six months' experience in a similar position.
