Job Description: We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced PT Line Cook (opportunity to become full time) to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you'll play an essential role in preparing and presenting our delicious plant-based menu items while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Responsibilities: Efficiently prepare high-quality, fresh vegan dishes following our standardized recipes and presentation guidelines. Assist with prep work, cleaning, and organization in the kitchen. Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff, management, and front-of-house team members to maintain a positive work environment. Engage with customers and employees of diverse backgrounds, including individuals with learning disabilities, to ensure an exceptional dining experience. Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Line Cook or equivalent role. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Passion for plant-based cooking and interest in learning new culinary techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work assignments. Excellent time management and a strong sense of responsibility. Professional attitude and appearance. Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to maintaining a positive work environment.
