What you'll be doing...

You'll be a integral part of the Investor Relations team, responsible for managing all aspects of Shareowner Services as well as vendor management. These responsibilities help to ensure the needs of our retail shareholders are met and the continuity of our vendor relationships.

  • Managing relationships with shareowner services and vendors.

  • Handling communication with retail shareowners and investors.

  • Overseeing audit of vendor work to ensure certain production standards are met.

  • Working with the Corporate Secretary on annual meeting needs and the vetting of shareowner proposals.

  • Working with internal council on privacy matters as needed.

  • Working with sourcing and procurement regarding vendor set up and account upkeep.

  • Ensuring on-time and accurate payment to all Investor Relations vendors.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or economics.

  • Experience in using Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • Experience in project management.

  • Knowledge of accounting fundamentals.

  • Experience in accounts payable and/or general ledger experience.

Where you'll be working
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
