What you'll be doing...
As a Senior Manager of Product Marketing for Tracfone, you will be responsible for identifying new initiatives for the third largest brand in the Value Portfolio that will ensure Tracfone's success. In this position, you will be accountable for gaining an in-depth understanding of the target segment, value proposition offerings, business results, competitive pressures, and promotional dynamics. You will be accountable for achieving key business objectives such as driving new (high quality) subscribers, increasing revenue, and delivering positive net growth. You will work closely with cross-functional partners across the Value Organization and serve as a strategic counselor to deliver holistic plans. Successful candidates will be able to work in a dynamic environment, pay meticulous attention to detail, navigate through ambiguity, analyze and pull insights against market trends, and provide a strategic POV with a proposed recommendation and path forward.
Responsibilities:
Promotional strategy, architecture, and forecasting in partnership with channel partners.
Evaluating pricing ladder impacts across plans and promotions.
End-to-end analysis overlaying business and consumer insights by partnering with the Business Analytics and CMI team.
Constant mining of insights to uncover whitespace opportunities or customer pain points and providing a recommendation.
Synthesizing findings and learnings for executive brand reviews.
Maintenance of quarterly big rocks and promo roadmap.
Own the development of high quality briefs for all brands launches.
Drive collaboration across CRO and cross-functional teams to ensure flawless launches.
Constantly focus on providing fantastic E2E customer experiences across all channels and touchpoints.
Day to day external partner management and strategic integration.
Manage a playbook with all nuances of the brand, plans and value propositions, KPI reporting.
Serve as a point person for all data requests and business performance inquiries.
In this role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days (in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).

You are curious about what people need and want. You should also be comfortable digging through data, solving ambiguous problems and turning insights into opportunities.
You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
Understanding of promotional and pricing strategies.
Experience presenting to executive audiences and cross functional teams
Experience developing strategic decks
Ability in Google Sheets or Excel
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
MBA.
Experience working with suppliers/vendors to national retailers (e.g. Walmart).
Strong verbal and written communication skills, inclusive of storytelling data
Understanding of the indirect channel.
Experience in telecommunications or CPG
Demonstrated problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Experience influencing cross functional teams in a matrix environment
Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
