Salary : £17,720.99 per annum
Location : Cherrydown Vets, Basildon
Job Type : Permanent. Part-time.
Hours : 24 hours per week, 3 days per week, 1:4 Saturdays with time off in lieu, no OOH.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly team at Cherrydown Vets in Basildon.
You will need to have good general nursing experience and great customer service skills, have a friendly and flexible approach, and to work well as part of a team.
About the role
The role of the veterinary nurse is critical to the provision of high standards of client and patient care. In this role you will be a key a member of the nursing team, working effectively with the Head Nurse to nurture great team ethics whilst providing guidance and support to the junior nursing staff and animal care/kennel assistants.
You will work closely with all team members to ensure the smooth running of all clinical areas and kennels and will have clear communication lines with all other teams to ensure the practice is providing outstanding patient and client care.
