Teradyne IT Solutions Analyst in Basak, Lapu-Lapu City, Philippines

We are seeking an experienced M365 Engineer with a strong focus on SharePoint Online, SharePoint migrations, Power Platform apps and scripting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing SharePoint Online environments, as well as contributing to migration projects to ensure a smooth transition of content and data. This role requires a deep understanding of SharePoint architecture, migration strategies, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse and scripting abilities to develop, optimize and customize SharePoint and Power Apps solutions for our organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

SharePoint Online Management:

  • Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, and permissions following best practices and business needs.

  • Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective M365 solutions including Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.)

  • Provide expert-level technical support to resolve complex Microsoft 365 apps and automation issues and incidents.

    Develop Migration Strategies and participate in Execution:

  • Ensuring content and data integrity.

  • Support migration plans, including content assessment classifications, testing, and validation.

  • Support migration tools and scripting to automate migration processes.

Scripting And Customization

  • Use PowerShell scripting to automate administrative tasks, enhance SharePoint functionality, and improve user experiences.

  • Create and deploy custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.

  • Collaborate with developers for integrating SharePoint and M365 apps with other applications.

    Technical Expertise:

  • Stay updated on SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 advancements and related technologies.

  • Provide technical guidance to junior team members and end-users.

    Documentation And Reporting :

  • Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, migration processes, and custom solutions

  • Prepare reports to communicate project progress and resolutions to stakeholders.

  • Prepare project documentation.

    Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent

  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing SharePoint Online environments.

  • Experience with SharePoint migrations, including planning and execution.

Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration and automation.

  • Familiarity with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.

  • Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting SharePoint-related issues.

  • Effective communication skills.

    Preferred Skills:

  • Microsoft 365 certifications, SharePoint certifications.

  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Powers Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)

  • Previous experience with SharePoint hybrid environments.

  • Basic understanding of governance and compliance aspects of SharePoint Online.
