Job Description

The primary responsibility of a Change Management Manager is to lead the development and implementation of a change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption, stakeholder management and usage of SAP Integrated Business Planning technology. These responsibilities also include plans and efforts to anticipate and minimize resistant behaviors from employees and stakeholders who are impacted by the changes.

How You Will Contribute And Lead

  • Coordinate change management assessments

  • Participate in the development of and execution of actionable deliverables for the core change management plans: Sponsor, People Manager, Communications, Resistance Management and Training Plans

  • Coordinate efforts with other specialists

  • Integrate change management activities into the project plan

  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness

  • Manage stakeholder engagement and communications

  • Track and report issues

  • Provide on-going support to the organizational as they move through change

  • Support key priorities of the SAP IBP Change and training lead

  • Plan and coordinate activities with the core team and steering team

  • Drive and influence Change with Planning end users in-region through business readiness, training, and end-user adoption activities

What You Will Need To Be Successful

  • University degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or Psychology or Certification in Change Management

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, other language is a plus

  • Willingness to take initiative, be hands on and result driven

  • People person – looking for engagement

  • Team player exhibiting collaboration, excellent active listening and problem-solving skills

  • Influencer within the IFF organization

  • Visible and demonstrated leadership

  • Prior change management experience in an APS implementation

  • Supply Chain Planning and Advanced Planning System (APS) knowledge and experience

  • Strong communication and presentation abilities

  • Proven proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
